Finance Specialist

Enchem Ltd specializes in the development and manufacturing of electrolytes and high functionality additives for rechargeable batteries and EDLC's. Its electrolytes are being recognized for their superior performance by all major rechargeable battery manufacturers for use in such recent developments as high-voltage, high capacity and high power rechargeable batteries used in leading edge IT and electrical vehicle applications.

We started our Hungarian plant in 2021, we are planning to develop and grow in the EU region rapidly.
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyze financial information.
  • Preparing budget reports and financial statements in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Generate purchase orders for internal approval & tracking of large expenses.
  • Manage and accept all incoming payments from customers.
  • Receive and verify incoming bills, log into accounting system ensuring proper job costing counting, and ensure timely payment.
  • Manage employee reimbursements, review, verify, document.
  • Manage credit card entries, reconciliations, and proper job costing.
  • Assist management with cash flow entries.
  • Assist management with Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Generate payables reports and other reports as requested.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Sales administration

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance. 
  • Accounting program 'Nagy Machinátor' experience preferred
  • Proficiency in business management, statistical, analytical, and spreadsheet software.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Great organizational and time-management skills.
