Enchem Hungary Kft is looking for a candidate to fill our newly created finance, purchasing and management support assistant position.
Enchem Ltd specializes in the development and manufacturing of electrolytes and high functionality additives for rechargeable batteries and EDLC's. Its electrolytes are being recognized for their superior performance by all major rechargeable battery manufacturers for use in such recent developments as high-voltage, high capacity and high-power rechargeable batteries used in leading edge IT and electrical vehicle applications.
We started our Hungarian plant in 2021, we are planning to develop and grow in the EU region rapidly.
Finance Assistant/ Intern
Responsibilities
- Accounting
- Monthly/Quarterly/Monthly settlement and performance reporting
- Assists in the preparation and determination of the strategy and plans.
- Support Finance manager and CFO and perform ad hoc assignments as assigned.
- Leads annual budgeting forecast and participates in the monthly close process.
- Analyses and prepares financial reports, statements and projections, and effectively communicate with other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Economics major preferred
- Intermediate (B2) in English & Hungarian, Korean knowledge preferred
- Those with experience in finance/accounting for overseas corporations
Purchasing Assistant/ Intern
Responsibilities
- Confirmation of customer's production plan
- Update the supply and demand plan
- Write a purchase order (PO) and send it to the company
- Customs clearance and dispatch
- Check and update shipment status
- Confirmation of production plan and shipment performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, those who majored in related fields such as business (humanities, social studies) and natural science (chemistry) and those with work experience in related fields
- Intermediate (B2) in English & Hungarian, Korean knowledge preferred
- Related job experience preferred
Management Support Assistant/ Intern
Responsibilities
- Response to customer companies and management of local employees within the corporation
- HR management
- General affairs, accounting part general management tasks and each field support task
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, those who majored in related fields such as business (humanities, social studies) and natural science (chemistry) and those with work experience in related fields
- Intermediate (B2) in English & Hungarian, Korean knowledge preferred
- Related job experience preferred
